One of the most exciting aspects of building your new home is time spent putting your signature on your new home by choosing the exterior and interior finishes!  Our beautifully finished in-house Design Center helps our most discerning customers finish their Dream Home in style!

 

From lighting to carpet, tile and/or wood floor finishes.  From roof shingle/tile finishes to driveway and brick paver finishes.  The Medallion Home Design Center is designed to assist you in selecting door hardware, ceiling fans, surface countertops, faucet hardware, decorative tiles, crown molding, etc. 

A benefit to the Medallion Home design experience is that we provide our customers the opportunity to meet with a Design Specialist to assist in the selection of the customized finishes based on personal taste, motif, etc.   All of the selections are displayed in a fashion that permits our customers to easily visualize their new home.  There are many quality selections to choose from, and most customers easily and enjoyably spend a few hours to coordinate their choices.

In order to maximize the experience, we recommend that our customers come prepared for their time spent in the Design Center.  We recommend touring the models again, considering desired color palettes, motifs, decorative styles, etc.  Many customers bring with them color or fabric swatches to match, etc.  This is an amazing and rewarding part of the new home building experience!
